CCTV Footage Request – Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to use our CCTV footage request service.
Before you submit your request, please be aware the following conditions of our service:
Medway Commercial Services t/a Medway Commercial Group cannot guarantee or be responsible for the availability of footage where:
1) A CCTV camera is not present or is not monitored by MCG.
2) A CCTV camera which is monitored by MCG is facing a direction away from the incident.
3) A CCTV camera which is monitored by MCG is down due to a fault or maintenance reasons.
Medway Commercial Group and its subsidiaries can not be held responsible for the quality of footage recorded or supplied.
Collecting a recording
Where CCTV footage is available, recordings are supplied on a CD Rom which must be collected from our offices in Strood.
If you are a member of the public, you must collect any available footage in person. Upon collection you will be required to present an original and valid photo ID and sign MCG’s CCTV Evidence Release Form.
If you are an insurance company, you must confirm the name of the person able to collect a recording on your behalf, that person must collect any footage from our office and provide an original and valid photo ID and sign MCG’s CCTV Evidence Release Form.
For security reasons we cannot provide footage to Courier Services.
If and when evidence is released to you its important to note that this is the only master copy available and no other copies will be provided. MCG are not responsible for disc damage or loss and you are not to copy, change, edit or tamper in anyway with the disc / recording.
